Free Customer Pickup

Pickup in Leander is free when you bring your own appropriately sized and rated trailer. Noble Construction may decline loading onto an unsuitable trailer.

Trailer With Machine

Add one of our equipment trailers for $80 per day when rented with the excavator.

Delivery Available

We can deliver and drop off the machine. Delivery pricing is based on the job-site location.

Fuel Can

Add a fuel can for $10. The can is also selectable on the rental request page.

Operator Service

Add an operator for $100 per hour with no minimum.

Rental Clock

Your 4-hour or 8-hour rental period starts when the customer takes possession at pickup or when Noble Construction completes delivery.

RENTAL TERMS

Simple rules before you dig.

Reservation

A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit holds the rental date and is applied toward the final rental total.

Payment

The remaining rental balance is due at delivery or customer pickup. Card payments are subject to processing fees.

Age & ID

Renters must be 21 or older. A valid ID from the person renting the equipment is required.

Fuel

The excavator uses regular unleaded and must be returned full. If we have to refuel the excavator, a $50 refueling charge applies.

Fuel Can Return

If you rent the $10 fuel can and it comes back needing fuel, a separate $50 refueling charge applies to the can.

Cleaning

Return the machine reasonably clean and free of heavy mud or dirt. Excessive cleaning is billed at $100–$250 depending on condition.

Damage

The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

Late Returns

Late returns are billed at $50 per hour. Once late charges reach the $200 full-day rate, the full-day rate applies instead.

Extensions

Late fees do not authorize continued use or extend the rental period. Any extension must be approved by Noble Construction in advance and is subject to availability.
